The first consultation generally takes 1 ½ hours. In this time it will be mainly you who does the talking by telling me about the reason for your visit, what you would like me to help you with and as much about yourself as possible. I might ask questions to get a better understanding of your situation or to make sure I have understood correctly what you were telling me. The fuller the picture the better.
Once you have told me your story I then will work on your case after you have left and choose the most suitable remedy for you to match the characteristics of your case.Some cases are more complex than others and therefore require more of my time to reach a conclusion, but I aim to send your remedy out to you within a few days after you have been to see me, including instructions on how to take them.
At the initial consultation, I like to schedule a follow up between 4 to 6 weeks later to check what changes and improvements the remedy has achieved in your individual situation. Follow ups are important to see if we are heading in the right direction and for deciding where to go next. It is after all a journey we have started together in your first consultation and I want to make sure you arrive safely in a healthier and happier place.
